There will be chapel services every day that the seminary is in session. Here's the schedule for this week: Tuesday, Jan. 3, 11:55am Morning Prayer; Wednesday, Jan. 4, 11:55am Holy Communion, with Angela Zimmann preaching; Thursday, Jan. 5, 11:55am Morning Prayer; Friday, Jan. 6, 11:55am Holy Communion in 20 Minutes for Epiphany.

Reception for ‘pastor & public servant’
How does a pastor balance her call to ministry with the call to run for Congress? The Seminary community is invited to Lewars House (the president’s home) from 7:30 – 9pm on Thursday, Jan. 5, for informal conversation with the Rev. Dr. Angela Zimmann, who is on campus teaching a January-term homiletics elective course. Currently a candidate for the Ohio 5th District seat in the U.S. House of Representatives, Pr. Zimmann is an LTSG alumna whose ministry has been exercised in the parish and teaching (in the English department at Bowling Green State University). As a result of her growing public service involvement, while serving a parish and completing her Ph.D., Pr. Zimmann was urged by many to be a candidate in the 2012 congressional campaign. Come and enjoy some light refreshments and lively dialogue with Pr. Zimmann!
