(Gettysburg, PA)  Music Gettysburg! proudly welcomes the U.S. Soldiers Chorus for another breath-taking performance on Friday, Feb 22nd at 7:30pm at the Gettysburg Seminary chapel.

The Soldiers’ Chorus of the United States Army Field Band brings songs of freedom and the American tradition for a third time to the Music, Gettysburg! concert series.

The Soldiers’ Chorus is a 30 voice, mixed chorus with a repertoire ranging from Broadway to opera to the favorite music of Americana. The chorus was founded in 1957 and plays regularly at the White House between appearances in all 50 states. This is the chorus’ third appearance in Gettysburg.
Free and open to the public, the concert takes place at the chapel, 147 Seminary Ridge in Gettysburg. No tickets are required.

Not only is this a not-to-miss musical experience, but the chorus is so popular that it is a good idea to come a little early to get your best seating. (First come, first served seating.) So put it on your calendar to come for the Friday evening concert for music that ranges beyond the traditional military music and patriotic standards.
