Cluster or ILL Book/Journal Article Request Form

Please use this form to make Cluster or ILL requests for books and journal articles only.

THIS SERVICE IS LIMITED TO CURRENT LTSG STUDENTS, FACULTY AND STAFF.

LTSG Courtesy Borrowers may make Cluster requests only (NOT Interlibrary Loan requests).

If you are a currently-enrolled LTSG student or an LTSG courtesy borrower who lives more than 30 miles from the LTSG campus, you may request that the library send the material directly to you. Please include your correct mailing address and agree to your commitment below.
