| Singmaster House, built in 1901, was originally
faculty housing. The house, known as Singmaster House, was
first occupied by the Reverend J. A. Singmaster, D.D., the
Singmaster Professor of Biblical Theology. The faculty chair
was made possible by the contribution of Henry and Rosanna
Singmaster, the great-uncle and great-aunt of Dr. Singmaster.
Singmaster became the Seminary's conference center in 1982.
Today it provides accommodations for church groups throughout
the region who want to be on the Seminary campus for retreat
and continuing education.
