Mexico City's Lutheran Center
In January 2005, a group of students and faculty from the seminary will travel to Mexico, where they will be immmersed in the culture, economy, and theology evident in the world around the Lutheran Center in Mexico City.  See Rob Blezard's article covering the Jan 2003 trip in The Lutheran magazine for June 04.

Open to LTSG students, graduates and pastors
Fulfills BOTH Multicultural requirement AND J-Term Credit or STM credit

In Mexico:
Stay at Lutheran Center /Mexico City-host Rev. Kim Erno
Field Trips to observe ministries in various communities/cultural sites
Presentations on themes such as the impact of globalization and Mexican history
Visit Mexico City, Central Mexico and Cuernavaca

Preparation:
Weekly evening class during fall semester on conversational Spanish
offered at LTSG (in Valentine Hall)
First meeting, Sept 22nd, Valentine Hall, 12:35pm
