Spiritual Direction
People trained and active as spiritual directors are willing to enter into relationships with seminarians. Pr. Robert Hoover, a Lutheran pastor in Sommerset, PA, is available on campus on the first Thursday of each month. Pastor Kathy can connect you with off-campus folk prepared to serve as spiritual directors. If payment is a problem, she also has funds available to help.

The "mutual conversation and consolation of the faithful" has long been an important mark of the church. Students and their families, therefore, are responsible to a considerable degree for caring for each other.
