Nicaraguan artist Ignacio Fletes Cruz spent nine days on campus a decade ago painting "I want peace for my people." Cruz was an artist in the base community of Ernesto Cardinal during the civil war in El Salvador and Costa Rica. See photo at right as President Cooper-white translates for Cruz who led chapel.

Music, Gettysburg! is a premier concert series featuring international, regional and local musical artists for the greater south central Pennsylvania region. Concerts are free and open to the public thanks to support for the series that comes from the Lutheran Theological Seminary at Gettysburg, from businesses and from many individuals.

All concerts (unless specially noted) take place in the chapel of the Gettysburg Seminary at 147 Seminary Ridge, Gettysburg, PA.
