This is a great place to get up and go. Walking, bicycling, yoga at the YWCA, walkable city scale -- everything you need to stay active and healthy. Time to back away from that screen!


 Take a walk, stretch and pray. The Seminary has a one mile walking trail looping through the rolling 52 acre campus. Take up the football for the fall Luther bowl flag football classic. Garden, walk to Kennies market, take a walk to General Lee's statue and back and you'll find out its not that hard to keep moving! Did I mention swimming? Weight lifting?
