Director, Intersections Institute,
Eastern Cluster of Lutheran Seminaries
The Eastern Cluster of Lutheran Seminaries invites nominations and applications for the position of Intersections Institute Director.  Intersections Institute is a newly created partnership of the Eastern Cluster Seminaries [the Lutheran Theological Seminaries at Gettysburg, Philadelphia, and Columbia, SC (Southern)], social ministry organizations, and schools of business.  The Institute will provide graduate and continuing education programs that integrate the study of theology and management to form leaders who can successfully navigate the changing environment in which the church serves all of God’s people.  The Director will oversee curriculum development for a new post-baccalaureate certificate program in non profit management, initiate and maintain partnerships with social ministry organizations and academic institutions, lead strategic planning activities, and manage the budget and daily administration of the Institute.
