3. How does the reference to the word of God in 5:1 recall 4:22 and 4:4?

     a. What does that reinforce about Jesus’ preaching/teaching ministry?

     b. How does that help set the stage for this text’s dynamics?

4. What type of nets would the fishermen be washing?

     a. How does that set up the absurdity of Jesus’ command in v. 4?
